Do we ship gowns?
Yes, we are able to ship worldwide at an additional cost dependent on your address.
Do I need an appointment?
Appointments are only required for Quinceanera try ons. There is an appointment fee of $49.99, and when your gown is selected that can be used as a credit towards your purchase.
How can I schedule an appointment?

How many people can I bring to an appointment?
Out of courtesy to other clients in our store, we typically recommend parties of 4-5 people.
Do we sell packages for accessories?
Yes, our accessories are custom made at the store and can be purchased as a set or individually.
How far in advance should I start shopping for my gown?
A comfortable time frame to begin searching for your gown would be about a year. If you have a shorter time frame, accommodations can be made during an appointment.
How do I order my gown?
Once a final decision has been made, you can place your order with at least 50% down. The rest of the balance can be paid off in payments up until a month after the dress is ready for pick-up. We also provide a layaway option for your payment plan.
