Refund and Return Policy

We do not accept any refunds or returns. All sales are final.

Please carefully review your order before completing the purchase. We do our best to accurately describe and photograph our products, but please be aware that colors may vary slightly due to differences in computer monitor displays.

Every dress is carefully inspected for defects or damages prior to shipping. All dresses offered by our store are of high quality and are new. However, if your dress arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt at (210)913-8315 (See store hours) and we will work with you to resolve the issue.

Shipping Information

  • Shipping availability and processing time vary considerably (up to as much as 9 months) for special order items such as quinceanera dresses, because those types of dresses are made-to-order. If your event is coming up soon, please contact us before placing your order to discuss options for dresses that may already be in stock or in production.
  • We ship out orders using the exact address information that is provided to us at the time of checkout and cannot make any changes once the package is in-transit. If any information is incorrect on your order confirmation email, please let us know quickly via email, so it can be corrected before shipment.

Shipping Prices

We offer free-shipping anywhere in the U.S., with the exception of Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico.

International shipping is not available at this time.
