Hoop and Crinoline

Description

Two separate pieces including a 6-ring hoop skirt and a very large petticoat.  This provides the perfect base to any quince dress adding width and volume while being flexible enough to sit-down and dance in.  Both have a draw-string top, so one size fits all.
