Every dress is carefully inspected for defects or damages prior to shipping. All dresses offered by our store are of high quality and are new. However, if your dress arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt at (210)913-8315 (See store hours) and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
